If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have named, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from delivery of the last item.
How to cancel
To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel — by email to [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL], quoting your order number. You may use the model form below but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days expire.
Effects of cancellation
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or the day you supply proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We will refund using the same payment method you used, and you will not incur any fee as a result.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any reduced value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
