Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Bundle pricing
Multi-pair bundle prices are achieved through automatic quantity discounts applied at checkout. The discount shown on the product page is the discount you receive. Bundle offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are indicative; colours can vary between screens, and moulded detail may differ very slightly between pairs as a result of the manufacturing process.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. Where an item you have ordered becomes unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy forms part of these terms and sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer. Returns require prior authorisation and must be notified within 14 days of delivery.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact us before contacting your bank. We respond to all enquiries within one business day and resolve the overwhelming majority immediately.
Every order is dispatched on a tracked service and delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Where a chargeback is raised on an order that carrier tracking confirms as delivered, and where you have not contacted us first, we will submit that tracking evidence, the order record and these terms to the card issuer in response.
Raising a chargeback does not shorten the time it takes to get your money back. It typically takes considerably longer than dealing with us directly, because the funds are held by the card issuer until the case is decided.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site unlawfully, don't attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, and don't copy or reuse its content without our permission.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, photographs, designs and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
