Will the print actually show up?
On wet sand, damp grass and poolside tile the imprint is sharp and holds its shape. On dry powdery sand it's softer — press down and it reads clearly. On carpet or dry pavement you won't see anything, which is rather the point.
Does the design wear off?
No. It's moulded into the rubber rather than printed on top, so there's no layer that can peel or fade. It wears down at exactly the same rate as the rest of the outsole.
What size should I order?
They fit true to size. If you're between sizes, take the larger one — the footbed is moulded and a slightly roomier fit is more comfortable in heat. Please check the size guide before ordering: returns for the wrong size aren't covered outside the 14-day cancellation window.
Are they comfortable for all day?
Yes. The footbed is cushioned EVA with a moulded arch and a raised heel cup, so they hold their shape far better than the flat foam in cheap sliders.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 business days, tracked, and free on every order. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if they don't fit?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll authorise a return. Items need to come back unworn, clean and in their original packaging, and return postage for a change of mind is at your cost. Don't post anything back before contacting us — unauthorised returns can't be matched to your order.
What if they arrive damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace or refund it and cover all postage.
Can I wear them in the sea or a pool?
Yes. They're solid rubber and EVA throughout, so salt water and chlorine don't bother them. Rinse them under a tap afterwards and let them dry in the shade. Note that once they've been worn outdoors they're no longer returnable.
How do I clean them?
Warm water, a little washing-up liquid and an old toothbrush along the moulded relief. Don't put them in a washing machine or leave them on a hot radiator.
